Betws for residents of the region: important rules of working and travelling abroad

As you know, from June 11 comes into force the EU's decision on granting Ukrainian citizens visa-free regime, which will allow Ukrainians to stay in foreign countries for 90 days within any arbitrarily taken, the 180-day period. On the need for foreign travel and work outside Ukraine, says head of Department of international cooperation and fundraising Ternopil regional state administration Vitaly Skinsky. "For foreign travel citizen need a biometric passport and some documents proving its solvency. It should be noted, with regard to the latter, each state has its own requirements. So, if we are talking about Hungary, here the traveler need only 3 euros per day. In France — not less than 35 euros per day. In Poland you will need about 70 euros per day. Hence, a citizen needs to plan in advance the countries will lie the route of his journey," — said Vitaly Skinsky. It happens that travelers do not carry cash and use credit cards, so in this case, you must have receipts from the ATM, stressed Vitaly Skinsky. According to him, the important point is that while abroad you must have health insurance which will cover all expenses in case of accidents. "Regarding the accommodation booking, I emphasize: this is not a mandatory requirement. For someone who can be relatives abroad, somebody else can arrange free accommodation. Often, travelers book their place in the hostel, accommodation which is relatively cheap but at the same time, a confirmation of reservation by e-mail not sent", — says Vitali Skinsky. As for the work abroad, the visa-free regime also provides citizens with certain benefits. "If earlier the person who decided to work abroad had to open a visa and only after that to go to work, the terms of which were not always known. Now, citizen will have the first opportunity to go and see the place of work. Weigh all the "pros" and "cons" and make the final decision for yourself. To work abroad must obtain a work visa based on the invitation received from the employer", — said the head of Department of international cooperation and fundraising Ternopil regional state administration. I should add, the Law does not forbid citizens of our country to have two passports — biometric and old model. "Citizens who do not wish to produce a biometric passport, because I still use the visa in the passport of the old sample, too, will have the right to cross the border in time a visa. The only caveat is the so-called "clean passport". This is when the citizen, with a passport never crossed the border. The border guards pay attention to it and put this traveler significantly more questions than the man who has repeatedly crossed the border," — said Vitaly Skinsky.
