First day of the visit began with a memorial service and laying flowers to the monument to Heavenly Hundred Heroes in Kyiv. Participation in the event was attended by the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna and Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional Council Lubomir Krupa. "All-Ukrainian pilgrimage of the families of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes in Ternopil region for the first time. This format is quite interesting and will combine the tourism component of the region with the spiritual. In particular, we are talking about a General spiritual prayer during the pilgrimage in zarvanytsia spiritual center in Zarvanytsya. This pilgrimage is an initiative of the families of the victims on the Maidan.
