the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings upon preventing of economic activity one of the agricultural enterprises Orlovskogo district. Now the organizer of these illegal actions detained under article 208 of the code of criminal procedure and it is reported about suspicion under part 1 of article 206, part 1 of article 343, part 2 of article 15, part 1 of article 262 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
