In the Rivne region, Zdolbuniv by the intervention of the local Prosecutor's office voluntarily returned to the school part of the premises
Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office pays special attention to the protection of children's rights and the state in the educational sphere. In this context, we systematically monitor the legality of the transfer of property of educational institutions at all levels in the rent. In particular, Koretsky Department of Zdolbuniv the local Prosecutor's office found that officials of one of the schools, in violation of applicable law the contract of lease for purposes not connected with educational process. On the specified fact, Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office of Rivne oblast instituted in the commercial court of Rivne region the statement of claim with the requirement to nullify the lease agreement and is obliged to return the premises $ 35 490 UAH to the municipal property. During consideration of the claim in the economic court of Rivne region by the defendants voluntarily terminated the disputed contract of lease, the returned part of the premises of the institution, with the result that restored the rights of 30 children.
