In the Chernihiv region paid tribute to the memory''yat of victims of political repression
In Day of memory of victims of political repressions at the Memorial sign in the village khalyavin district, Chernihiv region, was held a mourning event. In which took part the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Leonid sakhnevich, Chairman of the regional Council Igor Vdovenko, Deputy of the Chernihiv city mayor Oleksandr Lomako, Chairman of the Chernigov district administration and district Council Viktor Korzh and Alexander Larchenko, the locals, the public and representatives of political parties. Those present laid flowers to the Memorial sign and lighting candles and lambdachi paid tribute to our countrymen who were ruthlessly tortured by the Soviet totalitarian regime. A minute of silence the participants of the mourning events gave tribute to all our fellow countrymen who died as a result of large-scale terror .
