The head of the state enterprise "Volyn Oblavtodor" declared suspicion of embezzlement of public funds in the amount of 290 thousand UAH
Prosecutors of the industrial division of the Prosecutor's office of Volyn and investigator and operational units of the regional UAS collected evidence of embezzlement of funds in large amounts on GP «Volyn Oblavtodor”. 22 may 2017, the Director is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 4 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine (embezzlement of property in large sizes by abuse of official position). Pre-trial investigation established that the Director of this company, which belongs to the sphere of management of the State Agency of automobile roads of Ukraine in 2015, acting contrary to the interests of the service and in the interests of third parties, has concluded obviously unprofitable contract and carried out the purchase of one of the capital's sub’business activity paint for road marking at inflated prices. After the conduction of works on maintenance maintenance of public roads of the state value of Volyn region, without the consent of the customer, the difference in price was included in the acceptance certificate of construction work performed and paid for, than committed embezzlement entrusted to the head of the state enterprise property (funds) in the amount of more than 290 thousand UAH.
