However, the final reaction was not, and the promises are not fulfilled. And now the residents of the neighborhood gathered at the September meeting, to demand from the management of OOO “BIO-TEK” stop production. To mingle with the locals and leaders of the plant was visited by the Chairman of the Volynsk regional Council Igor Palitsa, the Secretary of city Council, acting Lutsk mayor Igor Polishchuk, first Deputy mayor Gregory Nedopal, the Deputy of the mayor Konstantin Petrochuk. Residents of the neighborhood complained of a constant unpleasant smell, which makes it impossible for normal living. Also people are worried that the production of bioethanol and other products can use harmful substances that, if not the treatment facilities can get into soil and water. Therefore, the society requires to stop the operation of the enterprise. Instead, representatives of OOO “BIO-TEK” assure that you have all the necessary documentation for the implementation of production activities. They also assure that their work does not pose a threat to the health and life of citizens. Addressing the audience, the Chairman of regional Council Igor Palitsa noted that yesterday stopped working, OOO “BIO-TEK”. According to him, the regional Council will create a special Commission, which will include MPs, environmentalists and other specialists. In addition, he urged residents in September to organize and delegate their representatives to this Commission. Members of the Commission will review permits and operation of the enterprise. Igor Palitsa noted that if it is found harm the production to the environment, it will stop production. According to him, for the Commission's work enough weeks, and then again will meet with the public. The city Council Secretary, acting mayor Igor Polishchuk noted that although the plant is not located in the city of Lutsk, but his activities suffer Luciana.
