The state environmental Inspectorate in the Ternopil region revealed violations in NPP "Dniester canyon"
Illegal use of lands of nature reserve Fund identified by the State ecological Inspectorate in the Ternopil region during unscheduled inspections of GP "Bucaccia forestry" within the National nature Park "Dniester canyon". In a forest on the left Bank of the Dniester river by unknown persons built damming a natural spring, from which a water pipe there at the bottom of the river to the village Khmeleva Horodenkivsky district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Due to the fact that the violation of environmental legislation discernible signs of a crime, responsibility for which is provided by article 252 (Intentional destruction or damage of the territories protected by the state, and objects of nature reserved Fund) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
