In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office elicited the fact of assignment of 1,6 million hryvnias of budgetary funds
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, together with the Main Directorate of DFS in the region established that one was in Vinnitsa sub's management, throughout 2014-2016, completed construction work for enterprises and institutions of the region contained from state and local budgets totaling over $ 13 million. Of this amount set to increase in expenditures in the amount of 1,6 million UAH, what caused the damage to the budget. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region included information in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation on the fact of forgery of acceptance of completed construction works and their use and appropriation of budgetary funds in especially large sizes on signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 1, 4 of article 358, paragraph 5 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
