Pupils of Chernivtsi schools represent the city at International and national contests and competitions
Chernivtsi Over a hundred students were awarded with cash awards and Certificates for prize-winning places in the International, all-Ukrainian student Olympiads in basic disciplines, III stage of all-Ukrainian contest-defense of scientific research works, International, all-Ukrainian student competitions and conferences. Each of them in the marble hall CNU personally congratulated Chernivtsi mayor Alex Kaspruk: "We congratulate today's biggest winners. Great to meet the elite of our city, our future. I know how hard was given the victory. Because, talent aside, this success has invested a lot of effort: students and their parents and teachers. The city authorities will do everything possible to encourage our moodb to participate in various competitions, for worthy representation of our Chernivtsi on Ukrainian and world stage." A significant victory of the young Chernivtsi won in Olympiads on geography, biology, mathematics, astronomy, physics, chemistry, geography, history, ecology, Informatics, English, French, German and the like. Each of the winners received from 150 to 350 UAH, a lot of students received awards in several competitions. The greatest number of awards received, grade 10 student of Chernivtsi gymnasium ¹5 Arthur Kachur. Over the past year, he won seven academic competitions: International Olympiad on astronomy, IV stage of Ukrainian Olympiad in physics, stage IV all-Ukrainian Olympiad on astronomy, all –Ukrainian competition-defense scientific research MAN, the XIX all-Ukrainian tournament of young mathematicians, XXV all-Ukrainian tournament of young physicists, International conference of young scientists. Awards and insignia were also the teachers and heads of educational institutions in which to study the current winners.
