Chernigov: At the suggestion of Vladislav Atroshenko, the deputies imposed a moratorium on construction Conci
Chernihiv city Council in session unanimously (38 votes) took the decision to impose 10-year moratorium on development Conci. The project was made Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. The moratorium offered to remove any fears that the road to the beach in the city center allegedly threatened further development of the Park. The question of a moratorium was discussed at the first session. Full text of the decision: On introduction of the moratorium on development of the areas natural landscape of forest Park "Cordua" bounded by streets Savchuk Oleg Manuka ‑ Coastal Pursuant to articles 140 and 146 of the Constitution of Ukraine, article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine", in accordance with article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of urban development", given the social tensions associated with development of a zone of natural landscapes of forest Park "Cordua" bounded by streets Savchuk Oleg Manuka - Shore, to protect the interests of the residents of the city of Chernihiv, the city Radvila: 1. Enter until may 25, 2027 a moratorium on building zones, natural landscapes of forest Park "Cordua" bounded by streets Savchuk Oleg Manuka – Coast. 2.
