In the Rivne region sent to the court indictment in relation to the state of the contractor
Dubensky local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against a state by one of the district departments of the state Executive service, who has committed a criminal offense under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position which entailed heavy consequences). Pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Dubno police Department GUNP in Rivne region under control and procedural management of Prosecutor's office. On the basis of the collected evidence established that a public employee using his official position contrary to interests of service and in the interests of a third party, adopted an illegal decision on the return of the order of the economic court to the claimant and the cancellation of the arrest of immovable property (land) and money of the debtor in the banking institutions. As a result of such actions, caused serious consequences in the form of non-payment by the debtor in favor of a business entity means the repayment of the debt in excess of 300 thousand UAH. The indictment is sent to court. The sanction of article of the criminal code establishes liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 6 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years, a fine of 500 to 1000 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
