The Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has returned to the state of land worth nearly 2 million UAH
Thanks to the principled position of the Prosecutor of the Volyn region an unscrupulous lessee return the land value of 1.96 mln. state. The court of appeal region, listening to the arguments of prosecutors, zadowoli the appeal of the Prosecutor of the region on the decision of Kovel district court denied the claim of inter-district local Prosecutor's office in interests of the state in the face of the Volyn regional state administration on cancellation of the land lease agreement and the return of state land for commercial purposes in the tract "Demensia" Starokashirskoe village Council of Kovel district. The appeals court ruled a new decision, which claim the Prosecutor is satisfied in full, the lease terminated and the obligations’was unscrupulous tenant to return the land plot of 1 ha to the state. The reason pred’phenomenon of the statement of claim was the detection of the number of violations by the lessee of requirements of the Civil and Land codes of Ukraine and law of Ukraine "On lease of land". The lessee 2015 is not paid for the lease of the land. In addition, the date of his lease for the construction of service stations, and that was 20 years ago, and did not bother not to build at least one building, but even to obtain the required permits for such construction. Thanks to public Prosecutor's intervention the site will be returned to the state and gives it to the Manager – Volyn regional state administration – the opportunity to enter into a contract with bona fide tenant to fill the budget.
