In the framework of the EU for Ukraine and empowerment at the local level, accountability and development "U-LEAD with Europe", a two-day educational tour on may 29 and 30, Zakarpatska oblast will be attended by delegations of three regions: Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia.
