Completed pre-trial investigation and sent the indictment to court criminal proceedings against two police officers who are reasonably accused of illegal purchase, storage and sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues (part 2 of article 307 of the criminal code of Ukraine). We are talking about a group of drug dealers detained in January of this year, together with employees of Department of the world Bank in the field of DVB of emergency of Ukraine in the framework of criminal proceedings. The composition of this group included also workers of the Mukachevo police Department who were engaged in sale of narcotic drugs and “protection” dens. In particular, with the aim of creating visibility of the fight against drug trafficking, the police falsified the facts of Commission of crimes related to drug trafficking and their alleged disclosure. Now the consequence collected sufficient evidence to make a final decision on the case and assign a fair punishment guilty. The sanction of part 2 article 307 of the criminal code of Ukraine - illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, shall be punished by imprisonment for the term from six up to ten years with confiscation of property.
