In the Ternopil region a challenging environmental situation in Zbarazh decide at the regional level
In Zbarazh local residents suffer from the effects of the activities of "tail" that is breeding pigs. Given that the company operates with violation of requirements of environmental legislation and systematically does not fulfill the basic requirement of the State ecological Inspectorate in the Ternopil region – to get permission to emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air, the deputies of the Ternopil regional Council sent the corresponding Deputy inquiry. On its implementation, in may of this year the Inspectorate held an unscheduled inspection. As a result, the head of the enterprise are brought to administrative responsibility under article 188-5 of the Cao and re-issued an order for issuance of a permit for emissions by the deadline of 15.07.2017 G. Inspection also measured the content of pollutants in the atmosphere in two organized emission sources, the results of which are referred to the Office of ecology and natural resources of the Ternopil regional state administration for consideration in reviewing permits, OOO "skirts". After obtaining permission to emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air, OOO "skirts" will be assessed and charged damages for the entire period of implementation of the emissions without permission. It is expected that the activities of the company in accordance with the environmental legislation and implementation of measures envisaged by the resolution would lead to a settlement of the difficult environmental situation and remove social tension in the district center.
