the meeting of the constant Commission of city Council on issues of trade, services and business development. MPs Peter Nesteruk, Coastal Victoria, Sergei Sorry heard the appeal of Volyn regional public Association "regional development" on the definition of "Strategic objectives" for the further development strategy of the city of Lutsk. The Chairman of the Board TION "Association of regional development" Peter, Gotoluc informed the participants about the main directions that will contribute to the transformation of the city. It identifies five main strategic objectives: “Developing social capital”; “sustainable economic growth”; “improving the quality of urban environment”; “ensuring the effectiveness of the management and development of civil society”; “the Expansion of city boundaries. Inter-municipal cooperation”. According to the speaker, work on the development strategy of the city of Lutsk will be completed before Oct. The members supported the draft decisions on making amendments in the decision of the city Council from 12.01.2017 No. 17/12 "On the budget of the city of Lutsk in 2017" with the changes brought by the decision from 25.01.2017 No. 18/2, 21.03.2017 No. 20/10, from 06.04.2017 No. 22/6, from 26.04.2017 No. 23/6 and exemption from land tax, changes to the Program of social protection for 2016-2020, which was approved by resolution of the city Council from 28.10.2015 No. 80/12. The deputies took note of the information on the status of implementation of the program of development of small and average business in the city of Lutsk for 2017-2018 approved by the 15 session of the city Council from 30.11.2016 year (according to the work plan of the Commission). This Program is designed for two years, its financial resource of 500 thousand UAH. It should provide implementation of the 60 measures.
