In the Rivne region 3 smugglers of precursors is reported about suspicion in Commission of crimes within an organized criminal group
In coordination with the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region reported 3 suspected members of an organized criminal group in committing a crime under article 305 of the criminal code of Ukraine (smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors). Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings carried out by investigators of USBU in the Rivne region for the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region. Found that three residents of Rivne region, by agreement among themselves, established a systematic transfer from abroad to Ukraine precursors, turnover of which in the state is restricted and in respect of them applied control measures. For the purpose of masking illegal operations accomplices acted conspiracy, and it was agreed to move the precursors in a veiled form. However, the criminal activity was exposed by operatives of security agencies. Documented evidence of trafficking by criminals in Ukraine 5600 tablets, which contain 517 grams of pure pseudoephedrine that is especially large size. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds. All the suspects a preventive measure in the form of detention. During the Commission of the alleged crimes the accused faces a punishment of imprisonment for a term of 10 to 12 years with confiscation of property.
