Volyn: over the intervention of the Prosecutor's office in Lviv debris to Harkovshini removed.
According to the principled position of prosecutors Gorokhovsky Department Vladimir-Volyn local prosecution of individuals who illegally unloaded solid waste brought from the city of Lviv, on the night of 09 may 2017 on the forest Berestetskaja forest near the village of Sands Gorokhovsky district, Volyn region, removed them. In addition, as is well known to everybody, the court ruled a guilty verdict in criminal proceedings about land pollution waste that poses a risk to the environment (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 239 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), the perfect 26-year-old resident of the village of Petropavlovskaya Borschagovka of Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kiev region, who was the driver of one of the trucks. Gorokhovskiy district court found him guilty of committing a criminal offence and sentenced to a fine in the amount of 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (3400 UAH).
