In the Zhytomyr region on the fact of pollution of the river Homora the criminal proceedings
On the fact of contamination of an unknown substance river Homora initiated pre-trial investigation under part 1 of article 242 of the criminal code of Ukraine. According to the results of laboratory tests from 13.05.2017, is: the quality of river water does not meet hygienic requirements by sanitary - chemical indicators of the intensity of the smell (in fact, 5 points with an acceptable value – no odor), the content of suspended solids (in fact, 2.4 mg/MZ with an acceptable value of 0.75 mg/MZ), floating impurities (actually discovered film of milky white color when a valid value is not allowed), rigidity (in fact, 10 mg-EQ/MZ, the maximum acceptable value of 7 mEq/MZ), chemical oxygen demand (actually 122 ìã02//m3 with an acceptable value 30ìãÎ2 /m3) okolnost (28,7 in fact with an acceptable value of 7.0). In addition, the Polonsky police GU NP in the Khmelnitsky region opened a criminal proceeding in which an examination. By results of examination will be accepted procedural decision, including the announcement of suspicion. So far the only possible source of pollution can be Penska cardboard-paper factory, but ultimately it will be known after receiving the conclusions of the expert. According to Baranovsky police Department GU NP in the Zhytomyr region in the pre-trial investigation the questioning was caused by the factory management, but they did not appear.
