In Zhytomyr opened the refurbished children's psycho-neurological Department of the Zhytomyr oblast psychiatric hospital No. 1. The opening of the compartment 42 beds occurred in the village Zarichany, with the participation of the Chairman of regional Council Vladimir Screens and Vice-Chairman of regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta.
