In Vinnytsia oblast Prosecutor's office revealed the fact of non-payment of nearly 2 million hryvnias of wages
Kalinsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region during the implementation of Executive powers, identified serious violation of the law regulating labor. In particular, officials of Public joint stock company “Ivanovo spetskar’er” violated the rights of 115 workers on timely payment of labor, resulting in an indebtedness in the amount of almost 2 million 200 thousand hryvnias. Upon groundless nonpayment of wages concerning officials of the specified enterprise information has been entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense of crimes under part 1 of article 175 of the criminal code of Ukraine ( failure to pay wages, scholarships, pensions or other statutory payments). Background: according to part 3, article 175 of the Criminal code of Ukraine a person is exempt from criminal liability, if before bringing to criminal responsibility, will be paid wages.
