The volynyanin will be judged for his brother's death
Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings for causing the 39-year-old resident of the village of Khobultova, Vladimir-Volyn district of the brother of the deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim. In the evening April, 04, 2017 drunken man during the conflict were stabbed brother in the abdomen, causing injuries from which he died in a day without seeking medical attention. The attacker is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine. He is in custody and will soon appear before the court, which will determine his punishment.
