Juvenile prosecutors of Transcarpathia protect the rights of children in terms of legislative changes,
Protection of the younger generation is a priority in the organization of prosecutorial activity. Juvenile prosecutors adopted comprehensive measures to protect the rights of children in criminal proceedings under the maintenance of public prosecution, the implementation of judicial decisions in criminal cases and applying other enforcement measures, as well as the representation of state interests in the sphere of protection of childhood and the like. For example, exercising public powers in the field of child protection in this year before it's revealed in the Transcarpathian district administrative court 7 claims about recognition illegal inactivity of local governments on ensuring conduction of works on technical inventory and certification of children's sports and other venues. Currently, two cases of local prosecutors reviewed and approved. In addition, in response to the Prosecutor's office revealed violations in the course of the trial, some local governments take measures to create safe and adequate conditions of children leisure. So, in the regional center have been certified 168 sports and playgrounds, changes in program for the construction of playgrounds and sports grounds. All bodies of Prosecutor's office of area in the current year PREV’revealed 12 claims, the courts granted 14 claims. In addition, during the exercise of their powers of juvenile prosecutors pay special attention to the observance of the constitutional rights of children in criminal proceedings, the state of youth crime prevention. Provided procedural guidance in 107 criminal proceedings against minors. The decision to close them on exonerating grounds were not accepted. The court directed 81 the indictment, of which 4 – agreements on reconciliation and the recognition of guilt. Constantly in the field of view of the prosecution region are issues of children's rights in the execution of judicial decisions in criminal cases and of other coercive measures.In particular, regarding the holding of adequate preventive work with the persons serving their sentence no floor’connected with the imprisonment, elimination of violations on the application to adolescents of the legislation of Ukraine on administrative offences, the conditions of detention of juvenile prisoners’inmates in prison, paying them the stipulated sums, and the like.
