Thanks to the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region detected and detained the smugglers
Two residents of Vinnitsa and resident of Kiev, acting on a prior agreement, established smuggling move to Ukraine psychotropic substances with the purpose of their further sale. Pre-trial investigation established that these persons have developed the criminal scheme, according to which from Kiev order was carried out particularly dangerous psychotropic substances from abroad, with the delivery address on the mailbox, which was and vinimalis under the assumed name in the winery. So, in response developed a criminal plan, a resident of Kiev, ordered from the Netherlands especially dangerous psychotropic substance-MDMA in pill form (total 103 units) with image of cartoon character "Henchmen". Specified psychotropic substance, with the aim of illicit movement through the customs border of Ukraine, was transported in a black sealed plastic bag. Through joint coordinated actions of employees of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region and the Department of the security service of Ukraine in the region, psychotropic drugs were intercepted and a valid set of persons, who were supposed to receive them on the territory of Ukraine. By results of the conducted investigative (search) actions, including 7 simultaneous searches, which took place on the territory of Vinnytsia region and Kyiv city, documented the factual circumstances of the crime, and in a procedural order detained 2 persons it is declared suspicion in the Commission of a crime under part 2 St. 305 Criminal code of Ukraine, and measures of restraint in form of detention. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds, measures are taken for establishment of other persons involved in the Commission of a crime.
