In the Rivne region sentenced a man who illegally kept ammunition
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region participated in a judicial review of the indictment against 29-year-old resident of Vinnytsia, who committed crimes in the sphere of illegal handling of ammunition and explosives. Pre-trial investigation is established and proved in court that the man illegally kept ammunition in his apartment, however, no statutory permits and documents. Ammunition was stored in boxes and hidden in a niche under the Wallpaper. In the framework of criminal proceedings initiated earlier, operatives of the security Service in Rivne region held a search at the place of residence of vinnychyna and seized from his apartment a jet of the signal and the live ammunition in the amount of 16 pieces , hand grenades RGD-5 and f-1. The results of the pre-trial investigation, the suspect concluded with the Prosecutor a plea agreement of guilt of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine – illegal acquisition and storage of ammunition. Rivne city court agreed with the position of the Prosecutor, found the man guilty of a crime and has appointed punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of 3 years. At the same time, given the fact that the defendant fully admitted his guilt and sincerely repented to him by the court applied article 75 of the criminal code and exempt from punishment with a probation period of 2 years from the laying of certain duties.
