About this said the Director of the Department of social protection of population of Ternopil regional state administration Vadim Boyarsky. According to him, certain changes in the procedure for appointment and recalculation of housing subsidies is as follows: if previously in the calculation of the subsidies was taken income for the previous year, now this income for the previous four quarters. That is, if the family has applied for subsidy in may of this year or the duration of all subsidies ended April 30 (the end of the heating period), the income for calculating subsidies is taken for the first quarter of this year, and three quarters of the previous year. Thus, consider more than actual earnings. "This change in law requires significant improvements to the software. Currently, the Ministry carries out activities aimed at implementing information exchange between the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the State fiscal service of Ukraine. In fact, after the improvement of the software, the local offices of social protection of the population will be reassigning housing subsidies for the period from may 1 of the current year", – said Vadim Boyarsky. However, he noted that before they made all the necessary arrangements, residents of the area who had a housing subsidy in the past year period, is to pay for the consumed housing and communal services in the amount of mandatory fees, which operated in the corresponding period.
