Chernigov: "Birch grove" will officially become a Park

To coordinate the creation of a regional Park on the green area bounded by the street of the Ring, balatonbereny residential development on the street of General Pukhov and farmstead buildings in the streets of General Pukhov, Bobrovitskiy and Vsevolod Hanzawa located in Desnyanskiy district of Chernigov. 2. The Department of architecture and urban planning of the city Council (Kalyuzhnyi S. S.) in cooperation with the Department of land resources of the city Council (Dmitrenko V. L.) and the municipal enterprise "Zelenstroy" of the city Council (Starikov G. M.) to determine the approximate boundaries of the district Park. 3. The Department of architecture and urban planning of the city Council (Kalyuzhnyi S. S.) together with the constant Commission of city Council concerning architecture, construction and regulation of the land relations (Bakson I. M.) to make a draft decision "On establishment of the regional Park" on the city Council," - says the decision of the Executive Committee. As explained at the meeting of the Executive Committee head of the Department of architecture and urban planning of the city Council, choice for Park is the district's status stems from the fact that the Park district does not need to establish and maintain a management administration.
