the Prosecutor's office in Transcarpathian region together with employees of the tax police GU of the SFS in Transcarpathian region exposed employees of a company that evaded paying taxes amounting to almost 4.5 million. During the investigation of criminal proceedings on the fact of evasion from payment of taxes, charges (mandatory''compulsory of payments) in especially large size (part 3 of article 212 of the criminal code of Ukraine) it is established that officials of the enterprise, which was engaged in wholesale trade, deliberately evaded paying taxes in especially large sizes. In 2016 – 2017 officials of the company not reflected in the accounting and tax accounting actual about’objects of taxation from sales of imported and purchased on the territory of Ukraine of goods (household chemicals), which has led to uncollected taxes in the budget totaling about 4.5 million. Therefore, in the office and warehouse premises conducted 6 searches, the results of which seized nearly 74 tonnes of household cleaning products total estimated value of more than 1.3 million UAH. containers, labels and counter, registers and documents of financial-economic activity.
