Igor Polishchuk: “To execute the decision of Lutsk city district court will convene an extraordinary session”

Given the election of the post of Secretary of the city Council and the assignment of such powers to the exclusive competence of the Council, that the Lutsk city Council as the local authority representing the interests of territorial communities in particular article 24 of the Rules, the form of their work are authorized to execute the court decision about the restoration of Vasenko V. in office”. According to him, the court's decision is made voluntarily without waiting for enforcement proceedings. He noted that he would soon be convened for a special session of the city Council. Igor Polishchuk noted that this solution to the question of the resumption of the posts by Julia Bosenko assessed by the court.
