The representative of Ternopol "Invasport" Bogdan Badlo won "gold" the World championship of Futsal
In Italy, in Cagliari, ended the World championship on football among athletes with visual impairments, which became a triumph for the Ukrainian team. In the final our team, which was made by the representative of Ternopol "Invasport" Bogdan Badlo defeated England with a score of 3:0, winning the gold medals and received the title of world champion. By the way, the teams met in the group stage of the tournament, which also was stronger – 2:0. Also on the way to the title the Ukrainians beat rivals such as France (3:1), Japan (12:1) and Spain (3:1). In the match for third place bronze in the world championship was won by the Russian team, which defeated the team of Spain in the penalty shootout (2:2 – the regular time, 2:1 penalties). Recall that in the last Paralympic games in 2016 in Rio showed the best result in the history, and Paralympic football team became the team of the year in our country.
