The Prosecutor's office of Volyn insists on the return of the state land area of 250 ha
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has addressed in court in interests of the state claim to state-owned enterprises and private agricultural companies to annul the contract and return the land plot with an area of 250 hectares. Prosecutors'learned that the Volyn branch of the state enterprise "Center of certification and examination of seeds and planting material" and one of the private agricultural communities of the region signed the contract on which the branch has actually provided the private society land area of 250 hectares for agricultural commodity production. In this case, the contract signed by the parties to conceal another transaction that they actually did lease the land. Therefore, the construction contract shall be recognized invalid, and the land returned. Upon abuse of official position by officials of state enterprises in the provision of private structure of these lands by the Prosecutor's office of area began criminal proceedings on signs of the Commission of a criminal offence under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
