In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office has exposed two underground gambling establishments
In the implementation of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under article 203-2 of UK of Ukraine Mohyliv-Podilskyi local Prosecutor's office conducted the operation to identify and stop activities of companies providing services in the field of illegal gambling business within the town of Yampol. According to the results of an authorized search in one of the online clubs identified the operation of gambling, which illegally provided services in the field of gambling. The school is closed, withdrawn 21 system unit along with the computer’outername manipulators, 21 monitor, 1 Internet switch router. Now, in the framework of criminal proceedings, procedural guidance Mohyliv-Podilskyi the local Prosecutor's office, are held urgent investigative (search) actions with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings, the persons involved in the activities of gambling institution. In addition, Mohyliv-Podilskyi local office of public Prosecutor together with the police, conducted another authorized search in one of the Internet clubs in the city of Mogilev-Podolsky. Militiamen elicited the facts of illegal gambling. During the search seized 10500 UAH, 10 monitors, 15 system units, 6 flash drives, 6 mice and 6 keyboards, switch 1-router, 1 router. On the funds and equipment made a petition to the court on imposition of arrest. Currently, in the framework of the above criminal proceedings under the procedural guidance Mohyliv-Podilskyi the local Prosecutor's office carried out Prime investigative (search) actions with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings, the persons involved in the activities of gambling establishments. For Commission of the specified criminal offense, the responsible persons can be punished with a fine from ten thousand to forty thousand free minima of incomes of citizens.
