Continues pre-trial investigation into the premeditated murder of 76-year-old resident of Rivne region
Rivne local prosecution is a procedural guide pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of intentional murder of 76-year-old resident of Rivne region. Previously it is established that in the evening 03 Jun 2017 33-the summer inhabitant of the village of Bilashiv Zdolbuniv district strangled 76-year-old resident S. Kvasyliv, Rivne district. The woman was walking home along the side of the highway "Kyiv-Chop", near the village noticed the man who had consumed intoxicating substances, and reprimanded him. Without hesitation, the man knocked the woman to the ground and strangled her, then stole gold jewelry and money last. The attacker and arrested him reported about suspicion in Commission of criminal offenses under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) and part 1 of article 185 (theft) of UK of Ukraine. In coordination with the local Prosecutor's office Rivne to the striker applied the measure of restraint in form of detention without the election of alternative measures of restraint – the bail, and placed to the remand prison of Rivne. At present pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings continues its course is on control in the Rivne local Prosecutor's office.
