Yesterday, June 6, in the Chernigov city Council signed a Memorandum of cooperation between our city and the First medical center in tel Aviv. The document was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko and heads the International Department of the First medical center tel Aviv Roman Goldmann and Dr. Yuri Ranks. The parties have agreed that the Israeli side on a free basis will provide Chernihiv doctors any methodical and consulting help in all areas.
