In Lutsk there will arrive experts of the Council of Europe for the FTSE ntercultural
for the preparation of the FTSE interculturel of the city of Lutsk, which will be implemented by the experts of the Council of Europe Programme "Intercultural cities", took place the meeting of the working group. The Director of the Department of culture of city Council, Deputy Chairman of the working group Tatiana Gnativ presented the experience of Lutsk in the Program of the Council of Europe “Intercultural cities”. The presentation consisted of topics: What is interculture the city; What is the Program "Intercultural Cities"; What are the benefits of Diversity; how to Work with interculturali cities; ISS Index (...tool that helps to monitor the process of intercultural development of the city); the advantages of Intercultural Cities; the Experience of the city of Lutsk. In particular, the experience of our city in the Program "Intercultural cities" began with the signing of the cooperation Agreement between the Council of Europe, the Ministry of culture and the city of Lutsk during the First forum Intercultura cities, which was held in our city in June 2012. At the end of June 2012 was held a seminar-meeting of European mayors and politicians in Copenhagen (Denmark). Discussed partnership with the cities of Patras (Greece), Bodka (Sweden), Reggio Emilia (Italy) and p?cs (Hungary). In September 2012, in Lutsk held the First international forum of poets and translators. In August 2013, Lutsk hosted the Second forum interculture cities “Port of cultures”, the Main themes of which were the development of cities and the development of culture. The forum concluded with the adoption of the Declaration on cooperation between members of the network intercultura cities. In 2013, signed a cooperation agreement between the cities of Lutsk and Patra (Greece) In 2014-2015, the programme “Intercultural cities” together with the cities Bodka (Sweden) and Pavlohrad carried out the implementation of the Ukrainian-Swedish project “Overcoming stereotypes to build confidence and hope.” In 2015, realized an art project “Eight cities in Europe – combined with art.” From 2011 to 2015, representatives of local authorities, art groups and community organizations presented a luck in the international events, which took place in the framework of the “Intercultural cities”, including seminars, international conferences, workshops, meetings, meeting: - seminar "Innovative cultural policy local community development (September, 2011, South); - seminar "Development of local communities: the cultural dimension" (December 2011, Kyiv); - seminar "Cultural urban planning" (March, 2012, Donetsk); - seminar on the protection of cultural heritage (2012, Lviv); - summer school on intercultural dialogue (July 2012, Poland); - seminar "Intercultural knowledge: the role of culture and education" (September 2012, Vinnytsia); - seminar "the Strategy of culture: a formula for successful local development" (October 2012, Dnepr); - seminar on intercultural dialogue "Living together in equality and dignity" (November 2012, Kiev); - international conference "Culture for development: government and civil society – competition or creative partnership" (March 2013, Dnepropetrovsk); - meeting of coordinators and executors of the project "breaking stereotypes" (September 2013, Bucca (Sweden); - participation of city mayor Mykola Romaniuk in the international conference "Diversity should work for the benefit of cities" organized by the Council of Europe (February 2013, Dublin); - workshop on exchange of experience in the field of cultural policy within the framework of the Eastern partnership programme "Culture" (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, 2014); - second regional conference "the Beautiful culture of the Eastern partnership: achievements and challenges" (2014, Kyiv)4 - international seminar "Politics of intercultural city in time of crisis" (2015, Kiev). In 2016, the second phase of the Council of Europe programme "Intercultural cities" in Ukraine. During a meeting with the coordinator of Ukrainian Network Intercultura Cities Xenia Rubkona in August 2016, it was announced that the city of Lutsk will apply for official membership in the Programme "Intercultural Cities". And in October 2016 the luck received official membership in the Ukrainian Network Intercultura Cities, signed a Memorandum Network intercultura cities. Tatiana Gnativ also introduced the audience to a detailed plan of the visit of experts of the Council of Europe in the city of Lutsk in the framework of the analysis index ntercultural, which is scheduled for 1 - 4 July.
