From 31 may to 09 June, the Department of the accomplishment and sanitary condition of the city Department of the municipal police of Lutsk city Council issued 16 emergency orders and 5 planned orders. Gordeuk, 29; Department of housing and public utilities at the addresses: vul. Progress, 6, 8, 10, the Ave, 41, etc, etc. Planned orders are received: - Kirpicheva I. S. at the Park named after Lesya Ukrainka; - LLC "GAS" at St. Young people, 14; - Pawns M. Th. at St. Nchsaa, 39; LLC "the Market of Friendship of Peoples" at Druzhby Narodov str, 2; - Ticino As There Is. by address Vynnychenko street, 69. According to the Law of Ukraine "About improvement of settlements" and the decision of Lutsk city Council from 29.07.2009 ¹44/2 "the Rules of beautification of the city of Lutsk" issued orders remain in control of the Department of municipal police in respect of time limits and restoration of landscaping damaged area. In case of detection of violations and noncompliance with established standards for the re-landscaping of these areas of balance-of networks, entities and citizens will be bretagnon to administrative responsibility according to art 152, Art.
