About this said the Deputy Chairman – chief of staff of the Ternopol regional state administration Igor Vons according to the results of a meeting on receipt of funds in local budgets, held in Chortkiv. As reported by Igor of Vons, the meeting was attended by representatives of four districts – Husyatyn, of Borshchiv, Chortkiv and zalishchyky. The main issues discussed is how to fill the budget and what steps need to be done to ensure that the Fund only grew. "From filling local budgets depends on the functioning of the community. After all, it and infrastructure development, medicine, and education, and generally all that concerns the life of the population. So no need to rely on funding from the state, need to engage in this work", – said Igor Vons. At the same time, he stressed that the situation is the same with the legalization of jobs and increase average wages. As with the processes of decentralization 60% of the tax to incomes of physical persons remain in the community budget. "jobs is not just the social component of employment, it is also the formation of the budget. Therefore, communities must work towards the legalization of jobs, to go on communicating with the business itself, to compromise.
