Funding sources for this project are funds of the State regional development Fund – 1957, 01 UAH and local budgets – 489,25 thousand UAH. That the state turned the face to the people – the President and the government understand the needs of the people of not only large cities but also of regions, districts, villages. Which is our task here? To provide co-financing – that is, the own local contribution; and to ensure that all funds were used as efficiently as possible. These departures are systematic control. Examining the objects before beginning work in process is an opportunity to prevent abuse, because we need a transparent process and high quality results," said Stepan Barna.
