The Prosecutor's office of Volyn meets the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information"
n’five months of 2017 to the Prosecutor of the Volyn region according to the requirements of the law of Ukraine «On access to public information,” received 34 requests for information, 28 of them – by e-mail. According to the results of their review of 28 queries satisfied and the interviewer provides information in three queries, the decision about refusal in providing information on three queries - provided by rose’explanations. The information provided for 14 of the requests were related to issues of pre-trial investigation on 1 inquiry – issues of organizational-administrative activity of bodies of Prosecutor's office, the rest of other issues.
