On infrastructure development if it's Ternopil region received more than 115 million UAH.
This is stated in the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 7 June 2017 No. 410. In accordance with this resolution for 36 communities of the region provided 115 million 49 thousand hryvnias. In fact, these funds will be used for the development of infrastructure that belongs to the communal ownership of village, settlement, city councils of the United territorial communities. It also improved the procedure and conditions for the provision of such subsidy by expanding its use. Most on the infrastructure will get Shumskaya of the United territorial community – more than 10 million UAH. Terebovlia – almost 10 million UAH. Mel'nytsya-Podil's'kyi – 6,6 mln. Skalatsky – 5,9 mln. and Velikovich – 5,6 mln. At the same time, as noted by the head of Department of town planning and architecture of the Ternopil regional state administration Volodymyr Kharchenko, the subsidy will be used for the development of design, urban planning documentation, improving the quality of administrative services, creation of modern systems of governance, reconstruction, alteration, conversion of buildings of budgetary institutions, construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of roads, purchase of vehicles, new construction, reconstruction, major repairs of objects of water supply and sanitation, waste management and recultivation of the territories of waste dumps, implementation of other measures in relation to objects of communal ownership, which are important to enhance the ability of the local community. "The majority of the consolidated territorial communities of the region have already prepared project documentation for their implementation of for means of a subvention. Now begins the process for the submission of project proposals for consideration in the regional administration and the Ministry of regional development. According to the analysis carried out by the Ternopil regional state administration, this year most of the projects will involve construction of objects and networks of water supply and sanitation, capital repairs of streets and roads, reconstruction of objects of education, culture and health. Also during the project implementation special attention will be paid to the requirements of integrated safety efficiency of construction projects, quality of work and the needs of persons with disabilities and other people with limited mobility," said Vladimir Kharchenko.
