Solution Beregovo district court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region in the interests of the state represented by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to Beregovskoy RGA and individuals. Invalidated and cancelled the order of the head state administration on the approval of the project of land management on branch of the land plot of 4000 m2 worth nearly 500 thousand UAH in the property for conducting a personal farm, and claimed from illegal possession of a natural person in favor of the Cabinet land the forest Fund. Along with that, in the courts of another 14 claims specified category for annulment of the relevant acts and the recovery of the illegal possession of land for forestry purposes with a total area of over 8 hectares and cost almost 9 million UAH.
