"We put before the bodies of state authorities, regional administrations, local authorities, the leadership of the United territorial communities, the question about necessity of creation of the municipal enterprises that will be able to maintain these roads. This is to ensure that we have identified roads that are going to do and the roads that will be for us a priority. So now I have a plan. And the first step was the creation of the Department in the regional administration, which deals with the audit of roads, carries out their inventory, for it to be January 1, 2018, we were full-fledged masters of our roads", – said Stepan Barna. However, he noted that state roads will be fully subordinated to the public authorities and, in particular, the funding of these roads will be at the expense of the state budget.
