The evidence established and proved in court that the Chairman of the Board of agriculture are intentionally not performed and prevented in the period from June 2016 to January 2017 the execution of the judgment in a civil case for the recovery of monetary debt in favor of an individual, the result of which caused substantial harm to legally protected rights of citizens. State Executive service has taken steps to return to the claimant the remaining part of the debt by foreclosure of the wages and pensions of the convicted person.
