In Vinnytsia region on the initiative of the Prosecutor's office by the developer paid more than 50 thousand hryvnias in the budget of
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region the state of paying developers in budget share participation in infrastructure development of the village of Murovani Kurylivtsi. It is established that one of the sub's management, during construction of'CTU in town Murovani Kurylivtsi estimated value of almost 2.5 million UAH are listed in the budget settlement in equity funds. The purpose of ' pre ' phenomena of the complaint by the Prosecutor's office initiated before the village Council Murovanokurilovetsky accrual a specified developer equity. In April Murovanokurilovetsky village Council decided on the definition of developer equity in the amount of 52.5 thousand. These funds paid by the developer voluntarily.
