the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on the Commission of especially serious crimes of corruption in the public sector the leader of one of the state silvicultural enterprises of area the Deputy of regional Council. The official is accused that during 2011-2013, he is abusing his official position, on preliminary arrangement with the head of another state Agency through the issuance of false official documents committed embezzlement of property of the enterprise in the amount of 385 thousand UAH. that is especially large size (the criminal offense provided by part 5 of article 191 of part 2 of article 28, part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine). The head of forestry has forged acts of acceptance-transfer of the rendered services for the topographic survey of the land plots of forest Fund and development of land management projects for the needs of the enterprise, although such work actually performed was not. Based on these fictitious acts of execution of works "performer" funds of state enterprises. During a pretrial investigation it is seized property of the accused worth about 1.1 million UAH. Sanctions part 5 of article 191 of part 2 of article 28 and part 1 St. 366 criminal code of Ukraine punished by deprivation of liberty for a term from 7 till 12 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years and with confiscation of property.
