Yuri Verbic noted that he has already completed a recertification audit. According to him, the Lutsk city Council tries to be as open as possible in providing the Lutsk side, constantly working to improve the work. However, he is convinced that there is always room for improvement. In turn, Pavel podgaets noted that Lutsk city Council is one of the best in Ukraine on the functioning of the quality management system. According to him, he was pleased to cooperate with us, because the work set a high standard. He stressed that the quality management system in the city Council adapted to the standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015. In particular, much work has been done on risk assessment in the process of providing services. Heads of departments understand this process. According to him, the ability of foreseeing the risk could potentially reduce the number of substantiated negative feedback from Lucian or legal persons that access the Lutsk city Council. Paul podgaets noticed that in Lutsk city Council created a new structural unit, which in a short time organized their work.
