In Volyn, a former judge will stand trial in
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings on abuse of the influence of ex-judge Ivanchenkova district court (criminal offense provided by part 2, article 369-2 of UK of Ukraine). Illegal actions of the former judge, who not so long ago, he proclaimed the sentences to corrupt officials, have been convicted by the Prosecutor's office of Volyn, together with operative employees of Management of protection of economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine of may 26, 2017. The lawyer demanded 10 thousand UAH of illegal benefit for influence on the positive decision on business about an administrative offence the current Chairman Ivanchenkova district court and was detained during receiving of the first "tranche" – 3 thousand UAH.
