In Lutsk, the monetization of housing subsidies
executing section 15 of the Regulations on the procedure for appointing and providing subsidies for reimbursement for housing and communal services, purchase of liquefied gas, solid and liquid stove fuel, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.10.95 No. 848, Department of social policy before September 1, 2017 at the lists of companies-providers of services of PJSC “volynyoblenergo” and JSC “volynhaz”, there will be a return of part of the unused amount of the subsidy for reimbursement for payment of services to gas and electricity, that in equivalent does not exceed the cost (as of may 1, the new heating season) 100 cubic meters of natural gas and 150 kWh of electric energy (in case of using natural gas or electricity for heating). According to the provided lists certain citizens who are applicants or recipients of housing subsidies will be invited to the public reception of the Department and its branches, a statement, a passport, identification number and open a Bank account social benefits for carrying out the monetization of a certain amount of subsidies. If necessary, monetization of a certain amount of subsidies may be returned through the post offices of PJSC "Ukrposhta".
