the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region approved and sent to the court indictment in criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal activity of the underground plant, which carried out the mass production and distribution on the territory of several regions of Ukraine made illegal alcoholic beverages. Pre-trial investigation, which was conducted by the investigators of the Main administration of State fiscal service of Ukraine in Rivne region for the procedural management of Prosecutor's office, established that the underground activity in manufacturing fake to implement it through a network of retailers organized a 39-year-old resident of Lviv region. For the illegal production of vodka under the name ten famous Ukrainian and international brands husband adapted the appropriate storage room, used special equipment and fake excise duty stamps. During carrying out investigative actions in criminal proceedings seized on the territory of warehouses of illegally manufactured alcoholic beverages and the equipment that provides mass production, for the sum of 1,5 million UAH, and over 60 thousand counterfeit excise tax stamps. Actions accused are qualified under part 1 of article 199 and part 2 of article 204, part 2 of article 28 of part 1 of article 204 of the criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, storage, sale of counterfeit excise tax stamps and the organization of illegal production of alcoholic beverages by opening of underground shops using equipment that provides mass production of such goods). For committing the criminal offences provides for liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 7 years. All in all, this year bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region is directed to court 4 indictments against the perpetrators of such crimes. 2 vessels already delivered a guilty verdict against the guilty parties. As a result, on the consumer market were about 30 thousand bottles of counterfeit vodka, what prevented possible harm to human health and losses to the state budget in the form of uncollected excise tax in the sum more than 700 thousand UAH.
